PREVIOUS MINUTES:            Pitches - Still awaiting information from Esholt.

                                                  Roy Hausleys U8s disputed Keybury League fine- on going.

                                                  New lock fitted to school hut, if you need a key see J McEvoy.

                                                   All CRB registrations are up-to-date.                          

                                                  Letters to go out to U7’s parents in February-JM to draft letter.

 

Minutes of previous meeting accepted, proposed David Slater, seconded Peter Marriott. 

 

MATTERS ARISING:               Website renewal-Lycos have increased web-package charges now £77.38 per annum, including a 2 year domain name, all in           agreement to renew.

                                                 Grants- 90% grants available in some case-Peter Jennings to                                                  investigate.

                                                 School have allowed usage earlier than agreed, all teams                                                      to try and  link in with each other to take full advantage of grounds.

 

CORRESPONDENCE:            Received two invoices from Beckfoot school relating to training fees £105.00 & £656.24 passed for payment. Receipt received from Keybury League for Admin/Player fees £136.25.

                                                Craven, Aire &Wharfe League notified us of various disciplinary decisions relating to other clubs, any grievances must now be sent through the club secretary to the leagues.

 

CHILD PROTECTION:           Andrew Ormondroyd, Lynda Laybourne and Darren Marks all submitted CRB registrations via Caroline Lovett.

 

EQUIPMENT:                          Still looking at the Aluminum goals, David Slater has seen them on the Internet of £400, we require 2 sets. 11-a-side nets only are required along with pegs.

                                                 U9s to purchase bottles and carry rack and submit receipt.

                                                Corporate wear is left to individual managers due to negative feed back from parents.

                                                 U11’s Eagles kit to be replaced with club colour Blue new kit.

 

MANAGERS COMMENTS:

U14’S                                       Played Heaton and lost 0-4, however expected to be beaten, all going well at the moment.

U13’S                                       2 matches played since last meeting and they were the best matches of the season-results draw 3-3 & lost 2-5, highly unlikely to be going up to next division.

U12’S                                        Not available                                                   

U11A’s                                     Top of 3rd division, won last game 11-0, kids having a lot of fun. Cup game to be played shortly, playing top of league.

U11’ Eagles                             Played 2 games since last meeting, looking forward to rest of season.

U10’ Eagles                             Played Shelf but bad pitch conditions, keeper saved penalty final result 1-1 draw, rearrange top of league game this Sunday.

U10’ Falcons                           Played Shelf-result 0-0. Two Bradford City players will be attending U10’s training, aimed at getting involved in the community to encourage kids football.                           

U9’S                                         Haven’t played many since last meeting, won last game.

U8’S                                         Last game played top of league, Eldwick were the better team, result 0-0

U7’S                                         Not available

 

SOCIAL EVENTS:                   Race night Saturday 4th March 8pm Memorial Hall, cold buffet to be provided, tickets approx £2.50, arrangements to be confirmed at next meeting.

 

FUNDRAISING:                       After the success of the Sponsored walk, another has been agreed for 1st July.

 

A.O.B.                                      David Slater is to be  the new 06/07 under 7’s manager, he has a few players interested already, advertisements to go to all local schools and in the Eldwick Newsletter.

Silsden tournament 10th & 11th June up to U11’s.
